POST-TRYOUTS INFORMATION MEETING:
A parents/players information meeting is scheduled for Sunday, November 19, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the CASHS cafeteria.
The following general topics will be discussed:
- Club Website
- Teams & Coaches
- Practice Times
- Tournament Schedule
- Fees & Payment Schedule - An initial deposit of $500.00 will be collected from each player. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, money order, or checks payable to CAVE Volleyball.
- Spirit Wear Orders
The following documents will be discussed, along with additional information:
. player profile form - This sheet must be completed by all players and given to their coaches at the first team practice. Click here to obtain this form.
. photo permission form - This form must be completed by all players and given to their coaches at the first team practice. Click here to obtain this form.
. policies sign-off form - Parents and players must read/review the four documents and sign off on this form. Click here to obtain this form.
Uniforms and backpacks will be ordered. Backpacks are optional and will be an additional cost to players. Backpacks are not part of the uniform package.
Individual team meetings will take place. Coaches & assistant coaches will collect the initial $500.00 payment, discuss practices, tournament schedule, and their expectations, as well as answer any questions.

SEASON & TOURNAMENTS:
Length of Season: December 2023-March 2024 & May 2024
Practices: begin on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at New Franklin Ruritan; practices will continue only on Sundays during March & April 2024
Tournaments: three single-day tournaments & one multi-day tournament in May 2024
